About me

 

My work experience is mainly in Human Resources and supporting boards.

As a result of building my experience as a Manager, Executive Assistant and HR manager, I have learned to be able to look at the functioning of a team from a distance – guiding employees, resolving conflicts, improving their own work attitude, positively influencing the working atmosphere, setting up a new team and ensuring that employees feel safe and happy.

In addition to my work experience, I have a lot of personal experience with different types of coaching and therapy. And I develop myself through intensive coaching and following workshops and training courses.

Over the years, I discovered more and more that my position within a company was strongest when I was concerned with the human side of the organization. I get a lot of satisfaction from helping and directing people who need some guidance.
